CoyleClarke has now been acquired by BTG Financial Partners and is now based out of Manchester as part of a wider team of direct and indirect tax specialists. In Northern Ireland the business trading name is BTG CoyleClarke and elsewhere is BTG Tax Investigations. This reflects the new owners of the business and the core service that CoyleClarke provides.

Although most of our work is concerned with direct taxes, our primary focus is the handling of investigation procedures. With the support of the wider team of specialists within BTG Financial Partners, we also work on VAT and Excise
issues and indeed any form of enquiry on fiscal matters from the Revenue authorities. CoyleClarke’s network of associates specialise in these areas,
and we ensure that where appropriate we negotiate with all relevant government departments.

We also have a good understanding of general taxation, accounting, and finance-related legal matters, and we do find that financial difficulties, the
usual cause of tax problems, unfortunately generate problems in other areas. We are happy to offer a single independent line of advice for all the
